CAREER PROGRESSION WITH GLL

Regional Manager
Senior roles that provide support and leadership to all facilities in a region.

Area / Partnership Manager
A leadership role for a cluster of facilities and usually the main relationship holder with our clients.

General Manager
The most senior person in a facility, providing leadership, guidance and support to the team.

Assistant Manager
Senior managers within a facility that will directly manage day-to-day teams and operations.

Fitness Manager
Oversees the gym and sports areas, ensuring equipment is working and clean and safe.

Duty Manager
Front-line manager with key-holding responsibility, ensuring facilities are running smoothly.

Supervisor
Responsible for managing a small team of sales and/or recreation assistants/fitness staff.

Fitness Instructor
Front-line role assisting customers in the gym, running some fitness classes and ensuring the gym fully-functioning.

Recreation Assistant / Lifeguard
Keeping customers safe in and around the pool, setting up and putting down sports equipment and keeping everything clean and tidy.

Customer Service Assistant
Welcoming and assisting customers with transactions, queries and memberships.
